DR. HILTON'S TIPS
The use of a flexible frozen gel pack is often very important in one's recovery.
Pain in the back, neck, shoulders and other areas of the body usually have inflammation, and proper use of ice can have excellent results.
The ideal way to use ice is applying it for 10-20 minutes on the effected area, then taking it off for two hours. The gel pack can be used at a maximum of every two hours.
There are exceptions and this will be advised during your initial visit.
